Owasco Airfield Days - August 10th and 11th, 2013. BBQ's, Camping, Flying for Fun, Spot Landing, Young Eagles Rally and helicopter rides.  LONG HILL F.D. BBQ'S BOTH DAYS FROM 11:00 AM.

Tractor Show - Sunday, September 8th, 2013. Long Hill Fire Department Tractor Show and BBQ. Trophies for the Peoples Choice Award. Tractor games. BBQ menu served from 11:00 am. The last BBQ of the season at the Airfield.

     OWASCO HILL RV CAMPGROUND AND CABIN

Fly in or dive in. Located on the northwest side of the Airfield.

RV Camp Sites are $25.00 per night. RV Campsites with water, 50 amp electric and septic are $35.00 per night. The Campground is a self serve, no reservation, CASH ONLY campground. Self registration on site. If the Camp Ground is full, there is an overflow area for RV's in the Airfield's parking area for the same $25 per night camping fee.

Premium RV sites may be rented by the season from May to September. Premium RV sites have 50 amp electric, water and septic hook ups. 2013 rate is $1,575 including electric.

Well behaved pets are allowed and must be leashed and under the control of the owner at all times.

There is a Potable Water and RV Dump Station located within the campground. RV Dump Station fee is $5. The Potable Water and RV Dump Station are for registered campground guest only! Please, no off road use of the fresh water and dump station.
The fly in / drive in Rental Cabin is located in the Owasco Hill RV Campground and has two twin beds, heat, air conditioning, a full bath, a small refrigerator and microwave. Cabin rents by the week or by the day when available. Weekly rate from Sunday to Sunday is $490.

Tie down space available for your aircraft. Walk form the cabin or your RV Camper to your aircraft!

OWASCO AIRFIELD DAYS - This annual event is a fund raiser for the Long Hill Fire Department. Owasco Airfield Days will be held Saturday and Sunday, August 10th and 11th, 2013. All types of aircraft are invited to attend. Aircraft at the Airfield usually operate during daylight hours. The Long Hill Fire Department BBQ's will start at 11:00 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday on the Airfield. There will be a BBQ menu on Saturday and a Chicken BBQ on Sunday.  The E.A.A. Young Eagles Rally and the Spot Landing Challenge will also be held during the weekend. HELICOPTER RIDES will be offered by H&L Enterprises of WNY, LLC. Helicopter rides will be available both Saturday and Sunday. Pilots, family, friends, neighbors and the public are invited to fly or drive to the Airfield to join in the fun. Open field camping is available before, during and after the event. The Owasco Hill RV Campground is located on the Airfield at 3830 Long Hill Road, Moravia, NY. Antique and classic automobile owners are encouraged to bring their cars and trucks. Flying clubs are welcome to participate. No charge for admission and parking is free! All activities are weather permitting and subject to aircraft and pilot availability. 

During the spring, use caution for soft runway and field conditions.

No snow removal. Winter ski operations allowed.

Tie Downs available on request.
